Nitya Foundation is a non-governmental organization established on 25th May 2012, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, and recognised as a national-level society with 80G and 12A status. Founded with the passion of 'Devotion to the Nation' and the vision of a 'prosperous Nation', we stand as a beacon of hope and compassion — guided by the belief that every individual deserves an equal opportunity to grow and thrive.
We work across Bihar, Delhi, Jharkhand, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh on poverty alleviation, child development, women empowerment, skill development, education, health and environmental protection. We uphold the highest standards of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct — with every initiative, including the use of CSR contributions, strictly adhering to legal and regulatory frameworks. At the heart of Nitya Foundation is a dedicated team of volunteers whose passion and commitment drive our mission to spread happiness and hope.
