Finding Her Voice

One woman came to our Gender Resource Center after years of depending entirely on her husband's income, unsure whether she had any skills worth offering the world. Through our training sessions, she learned tailoring and basic financial literacy, slowly gaining the confidence to take on small stitching orders from her neighbourhood. Beyond the income, what changed most was how she saw herself - she began attending our legal-awareness sessions too, and today she encourages other women in her community to visit the center. Her story is one of many quiet transformations happening inside our Gender Resource Centers every day.
