Our work under Education spans 6 focused initiatives, listed below. Education is one of the most powerful tools for creating a better and more equal society. However, many children from slum communities, rural areas, and families living on the streets still face barriers to quality education. Nitya Foundation is working to bridge this gap by improving access to both formal and non-formal education for children who need support the most.
Education is one of the most important foundations for a child’s future. However, many children from poor, rural, slum, and underprivileged communities still face difficulties accessing quality education. An NGO for Child Education works to reduce these barriers by providing educational support, learning opportunities, tuition assistance, digital literacy, and other essential resources.
Nitya Foundation is committed to helping children continue their education and develop the knowledge and skills needed to build a better future. Through community-based educational initiatives, the foundation supports children who may otherwise be unable to access regular learning opportunities. For many of the children who walk through our doors, the classroom becomes more than a place to learn - it becomes a second home. One young student, who once spent her mornings helping her family collect scrap instead of attending school, now arrives early every day, eager to open her books. Her teachers say she has become one of the most curious voices in the room, always the first to ask "why?" With steady support, a warm meal, and a safe space to learn, children like her are discovering that their circumstances do not have to define their future.
